Honeybush brings gentle sweetness, chamomile and lemon balm calm the mind, lavender eases tension, and a touch of mugwort invites lucid, intuitive dreaming.
✨ Ritual: Steep your cup and add a drizzle of honey (or Hush Honey if you have it). Breathe in the steam and whisper one wish for your night’s dreams. Sip slowly, and let the herbs carry your wish into sleep.
Ingredients: honeybush, chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, mugwort.
